By accessing FalconPro services you agree to these terms and applicable order forms. Enterprise customers are governed by master service agreements where signed.
Acceptable use
Services must be used lawfully and in accordance with your organization's policies. Prohibited uses include attempting to bypass security controls or reselling without authorization.
Intellectual property
FalconPro retains rights in the platform. Customer retains rights in customer content. Feedback may be used to improve services without obligation.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided as specified in your agreement. Standard enterprise liability caps and warranties apply per executed contract.
